●Brief introduction to the company GCC

Sichuan GCC Battery Material Co., Ltd. was formally established in November 2016.  

   *The R & D center is located in Chengdu city, Sichuan province.

   *Phase 1 production base is located in the Xinhe Industrial Park of Meishan City, Sichuan province.

   *Site of phase 2 production base is under assessment.

   *The company has built a Joint Development Center of battery materials with China Academy of Engineering Physics ("9th Academy" for short).

Technological Capability

  * Technological team: the team comes from the related top companies and research institutes and has been responsible for the research of many important programs including the program of material & battery under the Ministry of Science & Technology of China.

  * Technology route: after the deep research and comparison among LAB, LFP, LMO and LTO battery, we chose LTO battery because of its excellent performance and security.

  * Core technology: material technology, battery technology, system and integration technology.

●Technological advantage

* Extra long cycle life：over 30000 times

* Wide temperature range: working temperature-40℃~75℃，storage temperature -40℃~60℃

* High C rates: standard charging & discharging rates at 5C, continuous larger charging & discharging rates at 20-30C.  Completion of charging or discharing is 3~15 minutes.

* Intrinsic safety: no explosion, no fire, no leakage.

●Production capability

*Production facilities: coming from the first-rate enterprises at home and abroad.

  *Test & inspection capability: complete and sufficient, taking the lead around the country.

  *Production capacity：currently 30 million Ah/year (69MWh). Unit pouch cell exceeds 1.5 million pieces per year.

  *Planned capacity after the completion of phase 2 production base is 1 to 1.5 billion Ah (2300MWh~3000MWh).
